Does WYoga have in-person classes?

Westchester Yoga offers in-person yoga teacher training. WYoga also teaches yoga in person in Westchester, NYC and CT in the corporate setting as well as offering yoga classes in Luxury apartment building gyms. Our team also works with sports teams for cross training and stress relief. Westchester Yoga’s teachers also offer private classes from those who are in wheel chairs to yoga teacher trainees for more advanced specific training.

We offer virtual, livestream zoom classes 7 days a week, except for Holidays. During the holiday season we offer special deals for our on-demand classes.

Explain the Yoga Certifications what is the difference between RYT200, 300 and 500?

WYoga is a Yoga Alliance registered school. RYT200 is the foundational course, RYT300 is the advanced certification together 200+300 make the RYT500.

I like the price of the virtual training but I want to attend some in person sessions can i?

Absolutely! There is an added cost for the in-person training sessions

How does the online yoga teacher training work and is it included in the price of the in-person training?

The online yoga teacher training is comprised of pre-recorded classes and livestream zoom calls. You may also opt to have your own mentor to help through the process.

Yes the online content is included in the in person yoga teacher training. The quizzes for the in-person training are hosted on the online platform.

How do you correct alignment for practical teaching for the online course?

The students must record themselves teaching, upload the videos to vimeo and then send the vimeo link to wendywyoga@gmail.com.

Wendy will send a typed out personal commentary on the practical evaluation.
